Please Note:
It genuinely reduces or removes the appearance of surface-level scratches — the shallow clear-coat marks that don't catch your fingernail, which covers most everyday scuffs and key marks. It smooths and fills the clear coat so the mark stops catching light. It does not repair deep scratches or bare-metal damage.
Do the fingernail test: run your nail across the scratch. If it glides over, it's likely surface-level and a good candidate. If your nail catches, or you see primer or bare metal, it's too deep for any cloth — you'll need touch-up paint or a body shop.
Yes — it's color-neutral. NanoPolix works on the clear coat that sits on top of every paint color, so it's designed to work whether your car is black, red, silver, or white. Still, test a small hidden spot first.
It's designed to be non-abrasive, so used as directed it shouldn't thin your paint or cause swirls. As with any product, clean the surface first (grit can scratch), use gentle circular motions, avoid heavy pressure, and test a hidden area — especially on sensitive or matte finishes.
For marks it genuinely levels in the clear coat, the fix should hold up to washing. If a mark reappears, it was likely borderline-too-deep and was only visually improved rather than fully leveled — a sign it's really surface damage at the edge of what a cloth can do.
